Nancy Routzouni has been working as a Senior Information Technology Consultant for the Hellenic Ministry of Administrative Reform and e-Governance since February 2009. She is responsible for the analysis and management of medium and large scale government ICT projects with focus on the implementation of the Ministry’s Open Government strategy.
She is the Project Manager of the Transparency Programme in Greece, one of the major transparency initiatives of the Greek Government, Spokesperson for Greece at the Open Government Partnership (OGP) and a member of the project management team responsible for the design of the business plan for the implementation of Law 3979/2011 for e-Government.
Before joining the Public Sector she has worked on the analysis and development of SW Banking Applications for the German Bank Bayerische Hypo-Und Vereinsbank (2004 – 2009), and previously as the e-Solutions Manager for the Greek SW House Athens Technology Center S.A. (ATC) (1999-2004) dealing with the planning, coordination, control and budgeting of the projects that fall to e-commerce, e-banking and e-learning activities. She has been involved in the management, scheduling and supervision of SW implementation teams, in IT Project Management, Consultancy and Presales, in Account Management for selected customers and in Quality Control.
Ms Routzouni holds an MSc in Information Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and is a Lecturer at National Center of Public Administration in the fields: e-Government, Project Management, Open Government/Transparency and Business Process Reengineering.
